Miscellaneous Youkai Cels

Currently this is the section for pretty much any youkai who don't hang out with Yuusuke on a regular basis, and who don't happen to be closely associated with Warlords of the Makai. Eventually some of these demons will split off into other categories. To be scanned next is, well, a bunch of miscellaneous youkai. Already scanned and coming up shortly are one each of Koto, Rinku, and Toguro the Younger (Otouto).

Episode #: 51: Stats: 3 layers, stuck, C10/D6/E9 (all) KEY END Sketches: none Background: Matching, unstuck Comments: Possibly a SPOILER? Karasu watches his semi-finals opponent make a big show of summoning his green youki that automatically melts any youkai upon contact (this was demonstrated moments before at the expense of the lives of some audience members). Of course there is ample reason for Karasu looking so frightened out of his mind over the display (yes, that was sarcasm). This beauty of a cel will soon be gracing the top of a Toguro Team section. I just wish I had a Bui to go with it!

Episode #: Movie 2 Stats: 1 layer, E13 Sketches: none Comments: Majari is one of Yakuma's main demons in the full-length movie. And he is likely the prettiest male demon in any of YYH. He fought Kuwabara, and at one point I dreaded that the big thug was going to say "I refuse to lose to an effeminate pansy like you!" (well, maybe I thought it would be worse and don't want to type exactly what I feared). And, actually, I'm not entirely convinced that wasn't the gist of what he did say. It wouldn't be surprising, considering his reaction to Itsuki's tale about his relationship with Sensui. Majari's specialty is using an opponent's moves against them. This would be a great specialty, if it was being used against someone more competent. ;)

Episode #: 37: Shinobi of Darkness -- The Mashotsukai Team Stats: Vertical pan, 1 layer, A9 Size: 19.5" tall x 10.5" wide Sketches: 1 matching, stuck Comments: This is when Ruka first walks out of the medical tent, posing as a nurse, much to the appreciation of the pervert youkai in the audience (all of whom appreciate it yet more when she's not in clothes later, I wish I could get that pan cel too!). Her lines blurred a bit in the scan from too much size reduction. SPOILER! Ruka declares Hiei and Fukumen "too injured" (translation: "too strong") and confines them to a kekkai. Supposedly it's for healing them, and it does heal Hiei's arm, but in reality it's to prevent them from being involved in the next tournament fight since they would greatly improve Urameshi Team's odds of winning. It was a set-up ordered by the jerky rich owner of Mashotsukai Team, who fortunately gets "a word" from Toguro Otouto and Sakyo over his cowardly tricks.

	Episode #: ? Stats: 1 layer, A2 KEY END Sketches: 1 matching, stuck Comments: Suzaku is the most powerful of the Four Sacred Beasts (also Seiryu, Byakko, and Genbu if you haven't seen Fushigi Yuugi or Legend of Basara, heh). I'll get the episode number soon.
	Episode #: 12 or 13 Stats: 1 layer, A6 KEY Sketches: one matching, unstuck Comments: Rando, whom it was Yuusuke's goal to track down and prevent from becoming Genkai's successor in one of his earliest missions as a Reikai Tantei.
	Episode #: ? Stats: 1 layer, A2 KEY Sketches: none Background: Matching, unstuck Comments: Poor Juri never seems to be quite as suited for referee duty at the Ankoku Bujutsukai as Koto does. I remember this moment, but not when exactly it is. Will check soon, theoretically.

	Episode #: 24: Fearful Formiddable Enemies! The Three Devils Stats: 1 layer, A10 Sketches: none Comments: Silliness SPOILER. Miyuki is rightfully ticked off about Yusuuke grabbing her chest and crotch, and getting ready to whip the hell out of him for it. Sheesh, Yuusuke, it matters not if the wrong genitals are still... down there... Miyuki can be a girl nonetheless if it's what she was meant to be! Miyuki is one of the youkai employed by the Toguro Bros during the Yukina/Tarukane arc. She uses whips made out of her hair.
	Episode #: ? Stats: 1 layer, A15 Sketches: one matching, unstuck Comments: The Toguro Brothers, Toguro Ani (the shoulder-percher) and Toguro Otouto (the bulky one). I like Toguro the Younger, but Toguro Ani is a creepy little jerk (maybe some people would say the same of my favourite character, feh!) and I don't like him at all. I think this cel happens during the Ankoku Bujutsukai, one of the times when Toguro Otouto is letting it be known that Yuusuke's going to get pounded, but I shall need to check.
	Episode #: ? Stats: 2 layers, stuck, A12 KEY END/? Sketches: one matching, stuck Comments: Rinku. This is during his fight with Kuwabara at the very beginning of the Ankoku Bujutsukai. When Kuwabara thinks he's doing well, Rinku comes up sneering here and comments that it's time for him to stop playing around. Right after this he pulls out his Devil Yoyos.. and I guess plays around with them, to Kuwabara's great agony. Ditto the above cel on getting the ep number soon.
	Episode #: ? Stats: 1 layer, A2 Sketches: one matching, unstuck Comments: Koto is the primary referee of the Ankoku Bujutsukai. She becomes the commentator when Juri takes over as ref, and resumes the job at the Makai Reunification Tournament. This cel is going up for auction, see my for auction page.
